The amendment also includes limits on lower-priced share issuance after the first $1 billion of sales unless shareholder approval or another Nasdaq exemption applies.<\/p><h2>Why traders care about the financing structure<\/h2><p>For HYPE holders, a larger financing facility can be constructive if fresh equity ultimately translates into additional token accumulation or operating growth.
