The five-session total is $2,385.8 million. It reported that the advance lifted the products to roughly $934 million of net inflows for 2026 after they had been about $5.8 billion in the red in mid-July. Decrypt\u2019s ETF tracker also recorded Friday at $134.5 million and identified the same seven-session run.<\/p>\n<p>The week was broad enough to matter. The Block reported roughly $1.2 billion into BlackRock\u2019s IBIT, $701.7 million into Fidelity\u2019s FBTC, $294.7 million into Ark and 21Shares\u2019 ARKB and $203.3 million into Morgan Stanley\u2019s MSBT. Farside\u2019s fund-level table shows the same overall pattern and a cumulative $57.6 billion of net inflows since the U.S. products launched.<\/p>\n<h2>Why it matters for Bitcoin<\/h2>\n<p>ETF creations are a transparent channel for spot-linked demand from advisers, institutions and brokerage clients. Persistent creations can absorb available supply and deepen regulated liquidity. That is generally more constructive than a rally driven mainly by perpetual futures, because spot allocations do not carry the same forced-liquidation mechanism.<\/p>\n<p>CoinShares provided a broader cross-check on 25 September, reporting approximately $3.5 billion of inflows into digital-asset investment products across the industry over the previous five trading days. Its universe and measurement window are wider than the U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF table, so the totals are not identical and should not be added together. Both series nevertheless point in the same direction: institutional-product demand reversed sharply after mid-month redemptions.<\/p>\n<p>The timing is notable because Bitcoin absorbed a difficult macro backdrop. CoinShares said the asset recovered from around $75,000, traded above $87,000 on 23 September and settled near $84,000 even as the U.S. 10-year Treasury yield reached 5.12%. Higher yields normally tighten financial conditions and raise the opportunity cost of holding non-yielding assets.<\/p>\n<h2>The pace slowed through the week<\/h2>\n<p>The bullish headline needs one qualification: daily inflows declined in every session after Monday. Friday\u2019s $134.5 million remained positive, but it was only about 13% of Monday\u2019s total. That does not invalidate the weekly signal; it means traders should focus on persistence rather than extrapolating a near-$1 billion daily pace.<\/p>\n<p>Glassnode\u2019s 21 September market pulse also found that futures open interest was above its high band, long funding was elevated and options open interest was high as Bitcoin approached $86,000. Strong ETF demand and rising derivatives exposure can coexist, but leverage increases the risk of volatility if spot buying cools or price stalls.<\/p>\n<h2>Bull, bear and neutral cases<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cases\"><div><h3>Bull case<\/h3><p>Weekly inflows remain positive, issuer participation stays broad and Bitcoin holds its recovery on healthy spot volume. That would strengthen the case for a durable institutional allocation cycle.<\/p><\/div><div><h3>Bear case<\/h3><p>The week proves front-loaded, redemptions return and derivatives leverage remains elevated as spot demand fades. The inflow surge would then look more event-driven than structural.<\/p><\/div><div><h3>Neutral case<\/h3><p>Flows cool but stay modestly positive while price consolidates.
