Editorial Guidelines

NetNapz separates fact-first news reporting, trader analysis, education and commercial content. Our goal is not to reproduce headlines; it is to verify what changed and explain what the evidence means for markets.

Accuracy and source hierarchy

For material claims we seek the best primary source first: company filings and investor-relations releases, regulators and central banks, government statements, official economic releases, ETF/fund documents, exchanges, protocols, foundations and reputable market datasets. High-quality independent reporting is used for corroboration, market reaction and additional context. Important numerical or institutional claims should be cross-checked against a second authoritative source whenever practical.

News versus analysis

News articles lead with verified facts and clearly attribute sources. NetNapz assessment sections may explain market consequences, but opinion must be labeled. Analyst Notes are separate from the standard News feed and may reach a directional research stance after testing the evidence.

NetNapz analysis framework: What changed → why the market is repricing it → economics and value capture → strongest bull case → strongest bear case → competitive comparison → valuation/flow context where relevant → confirmation trigger → invalidation condition → what to watch next → Bullish / Neutral / Bearish NetNapz verdict.

Value-accrual test

For crypto assets, protocol or ecosystem success is not automatically token-holder value. We distinguish network revenue, DAO treasury income, fees, buybacks, burns, staking economics and direct token-holder distributions. For equities we distinguish business growth from what is already embedded in valuation. For commodities and macro assets we distinguish narrative from measurable supply, demand, positioning, rates and liquidity.

Bull and bear cases

Material analysis should present the strongest reasonable case on both sides. A bullish catalyst should be tested for durability, valuation and execution risk; a bearish thesis should state what evidence would invalidate it. We distinguish a good asset from a good entry price.

Decision levels and verdicts

Price-analysis and strategy content should identify decision levels, confirmation and invalidation rather than implying certainty. NetNapz verdicts use Bullish, Neutral or Bearish as research stances and explain what would change the stance. They are not personalized recommendations.

Updates and corrections

Material changes should be reflected promptly. Significant corrections should be transparent rather than silently changing the meaning of a story. When an article's thesis materially changes, its imagery and homepage presentation should also be refreshed where applicable.

Reviews, affiliates and third-party research

Commercial relationships must not determine editorial conclusions. Affiliate links, sponsored content and advertising are disclosed. Third-party analysis may inform research, but NetNapz does not copy proprietary text, code or paid research; we verify underlying claims independently and credit public sources.

Risk

Crypto assets, equities, commodities and leveraged products can be highly volatile. NetNapz content is informational and educational and is not personalized investment, legal or tax advice.
